This patient presented with redundant labia minora that has always bothered her. She complained of discomfort with wearing certain types of clothing, embarrassment during intimacy, as well as vaginal hygiene issues. Dr. Truong performed a modified inferior wedge labia minora reduction and clitoral hood reduction. Patient is seen 3 months post-op.
