This patient complained of a loose mons pubis area, with hidden vaginal cleft. A mons-pubis lift or monsplasty was performed to remove excess skin and “lift” the mons area creating a flatter mons pubis, while lifting the vaginal cleft to restore a more youthful appearance. The patient is seen here 2 weeks post-op.
