What happens during FormaV treatment?
To ensure comfort during the procedure, a small amount of gel is applied to lubricate the treatment wand. Once the wand is inserted into the vagina, it delivers the RF energy or stimulation to target the deeper layers of tissue within the vaginal walls. What is the downtime for FormaV?
There is little to no downtime! You might encounter temporary side effects from FormaV like swelling, redness, or sensitivity, but these effects typically subside within a few days and should not hinder you from resuming your regular activities or work. Wait 3-7 days before engaging in sexual intercourse again and use prescribed creams to speed up your recovery.
