Credit Card On File Policy
Our office requires all patients provide a credit card to be kept on file. We run our payments through our HIPAA-compliant, secure practice management software. Your payment information is stored in our PCI compliant, secure management system for future transactions. Office personnel will not have access to your card. All patients will be required to have a credit card on file regardless of visit type.
Any patient who does not have a credit card on file will not be seen at the time of appointment.

FemSculpt™ is a Chicago cosmetic gynecology practice focused on Vaginal Rejuvenation & Intimate Wellness. We offer in-person consultations ($250) and virtual consultations ($150). Simply sign up below and you will receive a call and email from our patient coordinator to schedule an apppointment. If you move forward with a procedure, your consultation fee is applied toward your treatment cost.
