"My experience with Dr. Kafali was better than I could have hoped for. I had a Labiaplasty about six weeks ago now, and I feel like a new person. The procedure was straightforward done with a local anesthetic, so I was able to go home immediately. I never took the pain medication, only the antibiotics.
There is some slight discomfort after, but if a UTI is a ten on a scale from 1-10, this is a 2. It did not inhibit me from doing anything, and I went straight back to my laptop, working from home after the procedure. Dr. Kafali and her nurse were warm and made me feel comfortable during the procedure and afterward.

She performed a revision due to complications of a prior horrible labiaplasty Experience I had with another Cosmetic surgeon and gave me beautiful results when I thought that would never be achievable for me. With her, I experienced less pain during the procedure, minor post-op swelling, and a faster recovery over all and NO issues with healing or complications. She is a beloved and talented OBGYN, so she has tremendous experience with the female anatomy.
