What is the downtime for labia fillers?
After a Labial Puff procedure, patients should avoid hot water, hot tubs, and saunas for at least 7 days. Sexual intercourse should also be avoided during this period. Additionally, activities such as horse riding and cycling are prohibited for one week. To enhance the water absorption of the filler, patients are advised to drink approximately 3 liters of water per day for the first 2-3 days post-injection.
