Frequently Asked Questions
What is SculpSure?
WarmSculpting with SculpSure is a noninvasive body sculpting tool that uses targeted light-based energy to destroy the fat cells under your skin and improve your body shape. SculpSure was the first FDA-cleared light-based device for noninvasive fat reduction.
The team at FemSculpt™ uses SculpSure to remove stubborn pockets of fat from many areas of the body, including:
The body sculpting tool can destroy as much as 24% of fat in the treatment area after one session.
How does WarmSculpting with SculpSure work?
WarmSculpting with SculpSure uses innovative energy-based technology to get the desired results. The heat generated by the SculpSure laser has the ability to target the fat cells under your skin and destroy the integrity of the cell, without affecting your skin or muscle tissue.
Your body then removes the destroyed fat cells from the area, processing them through your lymphatic system and eliminating them from your body. Once the fat cells are gone, they won’t return.
Am I a good candidate for SculpSure?
The team at FemSculpt™ determines if you’re a good candidate for WarmScultping with SculpSure during a consultation. The noninvasive body contouring tool can improve your shape and eliminate unwanted fat, but it’s not a weight-loss tool. To be considered a good candidate, you must have a body mass index of 30 or less, follow a healthy diet, and engage in regular activity.
Healthy lifestyle habits prior to your body contouring treatment may help ensure you get long-term results. SculpSure can remove some of the unwanted fat cells, but those that remain can grow in size if you’re not mindful of your diet.
What can I expect during WarmSculpting with SculpSure?
WarmSculpting with SculpSure is a convenient and comfortable procedure that’s safe for all skin types. During your 25-minute customized session, you may feel a warm tingling sensation as the heat energy targets your fat cells. There’s no downtime following your treatment, and you can resume your usual activities after your session.
You should start to notice an improvement in your shape within six to 12 weeks of treatment. To get the most dramatic results, the team at FemSculpt™ may recommend a series of treatments.
