FemSculpt Before and After Image and Video License Policy

Overview

This license policy (“Policy”) governs the use, reproduction, distribution, and display of all before and after images and videos (collectively, the “Content”) featured on femsculpt.com and on FemSculpt’s associated digital platforms.

Ownership and Copyright

All Content displayed on the FemSculpt website is the exclusive property of FemSculpt and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. FemSculpt retains all rights, title, and interest in and to this Content, including all intellectual property rights.

Patient Consent

All images and videos displayed on the FemSculpt website have been published with the express written consent of the individuals featured. That consent is limited to the use and display of Content on FemSculpt’s website and marketing materials. Any third-party use of this Content requires additional consent from both FemSculpt and the individuals featured.

Withdrawing Consent

If you are featured in a before and after image or video and want it removed, contact our office directly by phone at (312) 809-9983 or by email at info@femsculpt.com.

Permitted Uses

Visitors to the FemSculpt website may view the Content on the site for personal, informational, and educational purposes. All other uses require FemSculpt’s express written permission.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses of the Content are prohibited:

1. Reproduction: Saving, printing, downloading, screenshotting, or otherwise reproducing the Content for any purpose other than personal viewing.
2. Commercial Use: Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the Content without FemSculpt’s express written permission.
3. Modification: Altering, editing, or modifying the Content in any way without FemSculpt’s express written permission.
4. Misrepresentation: Using the Content to represent the results of procedures performed by any entity other than FemSculpt. This may also violate federal and state law, including the Lanham Act and state consumer protection statutes.
5. Redistribution: Redistributing, republishing, or uploading the Content to other websites, platforms, or publications without FemSculpt’s express written permission.
6. Medical Claims: Using the Content to make medical claims FemSculpt has not approved.
7. Public Sharing: Sharing, embedding, or streaming FemSculpt videos on social media platforms, video sharing sites, or other public forums without FemSculpt’s express written permission.

Requesting Permission

All use of the Content beyond on-site viewing, including use by accredited media outlets covering FemSculpt, requires prior written approval from FemSculpt.

To request permission, email info@femsculpt.com with:

1. The specific Content you want to use
2. The intended purpose and context of use
3. The duration of the intended use
4. The platforms or media where the Content will be displayed

Approved media use must include attribution to FemSculpt.

Enforcement

FemSculpt reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies for unauthorized use of the Content, including but not limited to:

1. Issuing cease and desist notices
2. Seeking monetary damages for copyright infringement
3. Pursuing injunctive relief
4. Submitting takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to hosting providers, video platforms, and social media sites

Patient Privacy

FemSculpt takes patient privacy seriously. Patients have consented to the use of their images and videos on our platforms, and we respect their right to privacy and dignity. Any use of this Content in a manner that could be considered demeaning, embarrassing, or harmful to the individuals featured is prohibited.

Disclaimer

Before and after images and videos represent actual FemSculpt patients and their individual results. Results may vary among patients based on individual factors including but not limited to age, health status, and adherence to post-procedure care instructions.

Changes to This Policy

FemSculpt reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the FemSculpt website. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
