The Climax Shot procedure involves extracting natural growth factors from your own blood and carefully injecting them into your vaginal tissue. These growth factors stimulate cell growth and rejuvenation, enhancing sensitivity and improving your overall sexual health.

Dr. Kafali uses her own individualized mapping system for PRP injections in the vaginal and external genital areas. The injection sites and amount are customized based on each patient’s anatomy, concerns, age, and whether they are pre-, peri-, or postmenopausal. Depending on the patient’s needs, she may also target the periurethral area to help address mild stress urinary incontinence.

Some patients may begin to notice results within about two weeks, while full results may take longer to develop.

Results may last around one year, but longevity varies depending on factors such as age, overall health, and peri- or postmenopausal status. Patients should evaluate changes in their own sensation and symptoms when considering repeat treatment, with 8–12 months being a commonly suggested interval.

Before the procedure starts you will be given a local numbing cream. Most patients report little to no discomfort during the treatment.

Take it easy the first night. The injection sites, around the G-spot, the urethra, the vaginal opening, the inner labia, and the clitoris, can feel a little rough, raw, or irritated. From the next day, Dr. Kafali recommends intimacy or direct self-stimulation of the treated area to climax, once a day, every day, for two weeks. The point is blood flow: the more the area engorges, the more the growth factors in the PRP can do their work. In her words, if you don’t use it, you lose it.
