What is Forma V?
Forma V is a specialized non-surgical radiofrequency (RF) treatment that targets internal vaginal tightness, circulation, and sensation. A single-use bipolar RF probe delivers controlled thermal energy of 40 – 43 °C to the inner vaginal mucosa and submucosa. This precise heat stimulus initiates neocollagenesis and elastin remodeling, leading to measurable tissue tightening and improved elasticity. The same thermal exposure also promotes angiogenesis, increasing local blood flow for better lubrication and heightened sensory feedback. The result is firmer, more responsive vaginal tissue with no surgical downtime.

How the treatment works

Cool gel is applied – Dr. Kafali will start by putting on a light, cooling gel to keep you comfortable.

Gentle probe inside – A clean, single-use probe slides carefully into the vagina. It sends a gentle radio-frequency (RF) warmth about 1–3 mm below the surface.
Most people feel only mild warmth and the whole visit takes around 15-30 minutes. Most patients need 2–3 sessions spaced every 2 to 4 weeks.
Post-Treatment Guidelines

Empty the bladder immediately after each session to reduce pelvic pressure.

Avoid very hot baths, saunas, and hot tubs for 48 hours.

Refrain from intercourse, vigorous exercise, cycling, and other mechanical contact with the treated area for at least 2 days.

Contact Dr. Kafali if you notice signs of infection, excessive swelling, redness, increasing pain, or any unusual symptoms.
